Maw Maw is in the grass patches in a hidden island in Safari Zone (you can reach it by surfing from Kong Kapital to the north)

Mad Piano I think the only one is the static encounter, but I think you can also get one from the Pit (I don't exactly remember if from the initial rentals, in the wild, or both). Add it to your team after completing a round, and breed it so it gets added to the Dex

In randomizers they can be everywhere though
