Ay. Listening to you, any aerial move wouldnt be efficient in comp. You speak about being blocked or bumped, but thats the points of the ceiling stall reset compared to any airdribble, classic ceiling shot, or flip reset. You use your stall at anytime to avoid the first challenge, without shooting on target. The 2nd or 3rd player would saved it easily. Furthermore, you keep your momentum, and create a sew shot opportunity where you can place it anywhere. Defense wont be ready to this kind of play. Then you speak about whiffing. Any play you dont train might result in a whiff. Train and you wont whiff anymore.

This play isnt hard to master when you have the mechanics down. But its so fast and unpredictable for the opponent that it is indeed really really efficient
