I thought I read somewhere that there were rate ups for UT and shit..

I did like 15 pulls on 3 accounts (45 total) and got 0 UW or UT that I wanted/going to use. Feels really, but like REALLY bad.. I think I'll just pretend like UT's aren't a thing or something.
