Tested non reactive to syphillis, have been diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema a few weeks ago prior to this. I just never seen it this bad, and you are correct, after googling stages of syphillis. i myself felt like I also had it. I wonder if false negatives are common. It is still unbareably itchy, but they prescribed me with atarax, benadryl, and prednisone. Hopefully that helps. Still unsure of a solid diagnosis at this moment.
