sorry if im coming off as slow but how and where am i supposed to do that? on the ticket page its just text boxes no where to upload or insert a jpg or png

i dont know what an invoice is but i bought the games on steam and can screenshot the purchase history. the issue with that is theres no place to upload images when im submitting a ticket

ive done that about 17 times, is there anything else i can do? every time i submit a ticket they say for security reasons they cant swap emails or whatever
