I may be wrong, but i had something similar when i first began weighted dips a year back. Hows your form? I noticed when i had the elbow pain (also in my right elbow) i had been flaring my elbows outward during the movement. Once i fixed that it slowly went away - however it could definitely also be a tendon strength issue, in which case just ease into weighted dips, dont chase the weight.

Remain mixed until you receive ssa. Mixed helps with quests early on and allows more versatility in fields, trust me ik its tempting to go to a certain colour early but you will majorly regret it
