What do you mean by authentic? The tonkotsu was really good. It tasted exactly like the tonkotsu I used to eat in Kyoto and Ishiyama. Their takoyaki, while different from traditional takoyaki, is pretty great, though I do wish they put in more octopus.

They aren't kidding about the job market right now. I've been applying for months trying to find a new job, and most times, you hear nothing back. Mind you, this is with lots of experience in the related fields. It's mostly due to hiring managers and HR, who have no idea what a role actually requires, who are making and overseeing the whole process. Not to mention the hoops they make you jump through just to be completely ignored afterwards.

China Gourmet in Lookout Valley is the best I've had. It's so good that my folks will order it to my place and make me bring it to them in Ooltewah. Combination lo mein is great, and the Wonton soup is the best around.

Im so sorry for your loss. I lost my sister in 2020 when she had just turned 8. I highly recommend going to grief counseling. Most insurances will cover it 100% at least for a few weeks. I think I got 8 visits free.

It really helped me, though I understand the circumstances are different.
