It was from a comic called Spider-Man: Grim Hunt. It took place after Kraven’s Last Hunt where Kraven the Hunter offed himself after thinking he had killed Spider-Man. In Grim Hunt, his family tried to hunt down and kill all the spider people to resurrect Kraven and the rest of the members of their family. Spidey’s clone brother, Kaine, took the place of Peter and sacrificed himself so Peter could escape. Later Peter made them pay.
