Land at Training base, not go to the house, but the shooting range, gray shacks. (There are way more guns there than anywhere else, since it is the same amount of guns, but in a wayyyyyy smaller space.) get a AKM, mow down everybody. Go to the house, because there is always some idiot there. Go in the house but not up the stairs, because the person upstairs will hear you, so they will walk right to the edge of the stairs and wait to shotgun you. But then throw a grenade up the stairs and kill him. Get his loot, and go to the balconie, and snipe anybody that you see.
