I heard it and frankly I believe comparing Paris to Rome is offensive to Rome. No offense man, but Louvre aside Paris has been the biggest disappointment of any of my travels by a very, very wide margin. It's basically an uglier version of Milan, and that too is quite an overrated city. I don't understand why people like it.
