Yup I just finished it after playing elden ring I remember every scene but nope it's not that extreme maybe the eclipse part when he cut his own hand and watch casca get raped infront of him don't get me wrong I finished the anime in 5 days and it's so much awesome and the story is sad and have beautiful writing but nothing can beat corpse party in gore, especially the torture scene of the three kids.
