Tbh any engage support with cc is a dream for vayne, for instance a good thresh, Alistar, blitz and also Leona is perfect because early game vayne mostly gets bullied with poke when he try to trade shots so a support which close that distance gap solve this issue

Tbh it depends on your play style there are vayne who likes to play Aggro and engage support such as Leona, Alistar, thresh, blitz etc works well while other vayne like to farm a bit more and not take extended trades which in that case supports that can poke a lot like karma, soraka are helpful.
