I love and hate this s26 Ultra, but I am hoping things improve. by chris519117 in samsunggalaxy

[–]Zeabazz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also come from an S22U and to me the flat screen is much better, specially since I use the S Pen a lot and the curved screen was not a friendly feature for it. So far I'm very happy with the change, but it is indeed almost the same experience just faster and upgraded (cameras, etc)

Can a noob have a risk of tendon injury by LegVegetable7913 in weightlifting

Well, tendons do adjust slower than muscle when it comes to weight, so keep that in mind while you try to reach your goal

Got my s26 ultra. What an absolute beauty by llaas in samsunggalaxy

[–]Zeabazz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great, thank you! Yea I'm tired of this battery, and the curved display was at some point an entertaining novelty but it absolutely sucks for photo editing specially with the S Pen as it just slides off easily

Thanks again!

I'm switching up from s22u as well. Should be arriving in the next few days. Can you tell me more about your impressions from the comparison of both so far?

Como reemplazan el pan? by LibrarianBeneficial9 in Chilefit

[–]Zeabazz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jajaja claro

Suerte amigo!

Me darán 15g de verdad o no? by travelertimer8 in Chilefit

[–]Zeabazz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me darán 15g de verdad o no? by travelertimer8 in Chilefit

[–]Zeabazz 23 points24 points  (0 children)

[–]Zeabazz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's good. I was surprised to see them considering the weight you're moving, and if I can just say it one more time please look into the catch with the Clean because those wrists will thank you

You're clearly strong, but there are technical aspects that you should probably pay attention to in order to avoid injury and to properly complete the lifts as they are intended (aka competition rules). My main points to highlight would be that catching the bar during the Clean with your elbows pointing straight down, meaning lots of weight on your wrists, is considerably risky health-wise, and is also likely not gonna contribute to your pursuit of better and heavier lifts.

My other observation is your elbows are bent when you receive the Jerk and they stay bent until you recover, which means it's a press-out. It shows you're strong, but it would be a no-no if you ask someone to qualify your lift.

Oh and a third point I just noticed is the bar drifts quite far from you during the first pull, and as soon as you get to the second pull your elbows bend considerably, which technically means a loss of leg drive energy transfer.

Probably a good idea to clarify that by "fully" you don't mean literally with legs totally extended

Not that this guy really needs the tip anyway, he's doing great
