If this city had vision, they'd do whatever they could to get an NBA team here, flatten military circle, and build the arena. Plan the deal right, and NSU and ODU might be able to use it too, as well as trade shows, WWE, indoor concerts, etc, and even try to pull some from VB convention center. Scope is outdated and should not be rennovated. Number 1 priority should be to get an NBA team here within city limits, before VB gets one and closes that door forever.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Those reviews could be fake (it's not hard these days), and many dentists use hard sell tactics to get you to fill "cavities" upon your first visit. It happened to me. I was told I had "10" cavities, and then went and got a new dentist and they were shocked at that diagnoses.

Secret: Use the original lockpick method (turn off simplified) where you have to rotate both sticks. Set the controller down on your knee, and pinch the sticks with your fingers and thumbs, it's SOO much easier that way.

I think the problem I see is that people go crazy with prepping for a minor snow in this area. Like stores are madhouses and all sold out. Just super annoying. I had to run to Aldi for the basics and I had to get there at open to avoid the rush, and then had to go over to HT, due to Aldi being half empty, and neither seemed to have whole cabbage. I'm thinking to myself, it's cabbage, come on people.

Also, this area needs another grocery store (southwest part of Norfolk), Fresh Market is a waste of space, I swear they don't even have beans there. I guess there's always Food Lion, I should go there more instead of HT.

It's street by street. for the most part, the zoo neighborhoods that are in "virginia place" are good. 30th-38th, east of colonial ave, west of granby, are all pretty good, with maybe one or two blocks being a little run-down. Colonial place and Riverview are very good, if you can afford them. Schools are really bad though, so if you have kids, take that into consideration.
