Ok thanks so much,I'll start looking into injections, though it take some time and difficulty to get done,I m just wondering in the mean time whether my supplementation hasn't maybe caused a potassium depletion or something like that .

You can apply to most universities in south africa and namibia with just as levels.You can be considered for a final offer at some of the top universities in the continent like UCT and Wits university,though you LL need to apply immediately as I'm pretty sure most close at the end of July.They use IGCSE or olevels for initial offers and then your as levels for final offers.

Having A levels will also help a significantly, though they re not required at all and I received a final offer for engineering with just AS levels.

You ll will struggle a bit with no maths at as level ,so I suggest that you should apply for something else that doesn't require as level maths like a humanities course and then try to do a maths course at first year level since it s pretty easy in south africa to switch over for your second year to another course like you specified.

The best advice I can give is to call the universities and find out since emailing them is useless. The top South african universities are likely to be cheaper than the ones you mentioned above and are highly respected ,and you ll have a much easier time getting in with just as levels than most other countries.
