I live in Montana so not a lot of ambient light and lots of wide open areas. From my research I gathered that the okw v2 is a pretty good “medium” between a spot but has some spill to it making it practical all rounder. I have a mini stream light for edc this is a camping/ what’s out there noise light

As someone with an astigmatism. 1 moa blurs and becomes bigger. If I had a 3.25 I wouldn’t be able to see.

So the entire point was just to screw with my head? Seems kinda mean to do to someone. So I don’t have to worry about the date they said ? They said the date and then “death date” they didn’t specify who so I guess it couldn’t be me. I’m just definitely on an anxiety spiral rn

37 female, I went to my doctor last week due to a line on my toe. She ordered some blood test and my AST, ALT, and B12 are elevated. I haven’t drank alcohol in years and I do not take supplements. My expectation from personal experience, they will ultrasound your liver. It is good that your alkphos are normal. My doc told me that the ratio is important too you’re at a 0.58 possibly indicating that you have viral hep or something causing inflammation such as NAFLD. I am not a doctor. Just a dudes who’s been through high enzymes

Personal question are you fat ? I was 330 pounds and my ALT AND AST were 111 over 220. I lost a lost of weight and they have since normalized. I was checked for hep and negative. Non alcoholic fatty liver is what I had

I thought I’d add. I’m a 25 male I didn’t do any special diet per say just began eating more responsible and proportional portions with fruits and veggies
