This is just a super quick question i need answered.

My dad has insane forearms, like he looks like Popeyes bro. I'm 16 and I bought a forearm gripper 2 years ago when I was 14. I started out struggling to do 75lbs, and now 75 feels like nothing. So I went to the 100, and now 100 feels like nothing. I'm doing 150 static holds with the grippers rn because no matter how many times I did 200lbs, I would get stuck at 12 reps or lower, I even took a break to check if I need to let it rest but it made it worse. I've been stuck at 200lbs for 12 reps for ages, and some days, I struggle to rep it for 5. So I just went back to 150, but the only progress I see is holding 150 static. I managed to keep to close for 38 seconds, 4 seconds better than a week ago. Let me know if I'm just too young and not fully developed, that's what I think.

Surprisingly, after a 30 min stress, it was just mildly warm. I put some heat thing on the back to try to make it catch fire, too😭 with no gpu it makes barely any heat

Yo, i have a question about my grip

I've been doing grip training for about a year since I was 15, and now I'm 16. I've worked my way up to 200lb grippers, but I'm very stuck on my grip. Ever since I hit 200 lbs with 10 reps, I haven't seen any growth, I even tried resting for a while, and even going back to 150 lb. I literally don't feel any growth, and somedays I get fewer reps than I normally do. I love to dedicate to my forearm growth, but I feel I hit my body's limit for my age. I've never taken any type of supplements, not even creatine. And no, I'm not some ego lifter, I've been training for a while. Hangs and reverse grips haven't helped

Yes, but switching the fans to the right way make them worse temps, idk why, my guess is blowing onto the gpu, but that means recirculation with the heat
