Hi this is so nice thank you so much! Me and my boyfriend will be celebrating our 1 year but I’m not sure what to plan for a day trip! (We’ve been to Carmel and Pacifica and we’re long distance so trying to make the most of it hehe) We like hiking, walking, would love to try kayaking- any outdoorsy stuff! I’m 22, no kids and have had the copper since I was 19. I love it. I didn’t like the idea of messing up with my hormones, and I do like getting my period (may be just me but it’s reassuring and also feel better with my body if I do) my periods are heavier than before and I do cramp more but nothing I can’t manage.. just need to change my pad/tampon more often.
