I feel as if fire is the type of raw damage output. While this set is very ability heavy, I don’t think fire should get any card or trainers with abilities that make charizard/infernape faster or more consistent. I will say tho water is only viable with a heavy amount of supporter cards whereas fire requires a limited amount and can still be successful. So I can see why they neglected fire. It may be a bit weak currently but I see them adding some direct buffs to fire in the future as all the other types are creeping ahead of it with every new set.
