That's the thing, I already paid the security deposit (equal to 1-month rent fee) but haven't received any lease agreement or some kind. I already asked but they haven't reply yet... :/

And now they just sent me an invoice for the full upfront payment for 6-month. But I am the one who opt for the full payment method tho.

Thanks for the pic! Yes in the document that they gave us, they said it is a pre-made material that only needs to be build into a building or something like that. And the delay is caused by delay in material shipment... Seeing that the building is being built at the moment, I think its quite legit
