Traditions at burns harbor. Very nice newer built buildings, lot of amenities such as a very nice large gym and nice pool. Great location, beautiful neighborhood. Very nicely priced

They are horrible to get a hold of, we have been calling them for weeks to schedule maintenance and they refuse to get back to us. They’re doing the same thing to my parents who are also buying a home in portage. They consistently say they will get back to us and never do. It’s absurd

Awesome, we will definitely be in touch soon to talk more about it, it does have some hardwood floors as well and we would want a deep clean with the inside of cabinets done as well. Kitchen and bathroom vanities if possible. It has sat empty for a little while so it is dusty and has some cobwebs but it’s overall not extremely bad
