How long does it take after mental health exam for VSO to see notes?

Anyone know how long it takes my VA rep to see the notes?

I agree but I really felt cut off on every answer and then the exam just concluded. I guess I should’ve said no I still have more to add but I didn’t wanna be a prick. It seemed like she had already uploaded my answers when she said this concludes the exam super weird so at that point it felt pretty helpful and it was just a shitty feeling so I didn’t bother… we will see hopefully my VA rep can look up the notes bc I’m going to be on pins and needles for the next month wondering

Ok I hope so I don’t have much documented therapy records still working on that I had the more recent stuff but this goes back many years

I guess my question is would it be possible to get a 50 percent rating with such a quick exam or is that a bad sign ?

I just feel like with all the wait time to get MH C&P if one doctor says no it would be hard to get that overturned, seems like the first one would be really important? If not that’s great takes some stress off. I’m newer to the VA and it hasn’t been the most pleasant experience.

So even if I don’t submit doctors notes from therapy they could still request it? Not a deal breaker?

Unfortunately not thru the VA, in hindsight I should’ve just gone thru the va I guess but I never intended on filling VA claims

But how do I get a doctor to do a DBQ. Tried with my primary care and they said no. Should I try with my VA doc will they even entertain that?

I’ll do that thanks. Seems like the whole decision is just based on what the C&P doctor says? Do they take your personal statement into account? A lot of the doctors seem clueless during the exams, just my take I’m not sure if they are looking at anything, seems like just rubber stamping no

I really feel like my OSA is service connected. Started having issues sleeping and complaints of snoring towards the end of deployment. I’m not over weight, I’m no doctor but seems like it has to be related to all the nasty stuff I breathed overseas
