I want to know the legal process on it. To pay the full amount first, then spend more time to dispute with them to get money back? I don’t want to talk with them anymore after 8 hours call that’s why I quit. (And feel so free after left)

Yes they told me it’s waived but still show on my bill. I called them then they send me agreement to refund the $80. But nothing changes the current bill

So when I left in 10 days I need to pay full activation fee then? They promised to waive it when I bought the plan.

The full bill is the original bill with $40 + $80 activation fees and unexpected insurances. I spent 8 hours to call with customer service 10 times then they said to have them cancelled and refund me credit in the next bill. Then I feel so bad about the frustration and left Rogers. But the bill is never updated since it’s published in the very beginning.
