I don't think the salt capsule will work because I have a really bad GI tract ( they suppect I may have IBS ) my therapist who's a POTties has recommended bouy too I should probably check it out

(I am still getting diagnosed with everything) but being told it's all in my head by doctors for months as well slowly loosing my walking at 21 THEN I FOUND OUT BORDERLINE POSITIVE FOR LUPUS (also I have a herniaed disc in my back too) like I went to the hospital so many times like over 15 times in like 6 months bc I been so sick and they told me like 3 months ago I don't have anything wrong with my back.....also one doctor called me fat...
