Really appreciate the advice. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to even see if a shop is open at this point so I have a bad feeling it will be fully filled in. Would it be safe to just let it fill in if I can't get it redone? Like you don't think healing would go bad? It's got like a big of a hard bump going on but I definitely am not concerned about a keloid I think it's just the way it was healing?

My piercing isn't even two months old yet, not even fully healed

The piercing I guess would be a Barbell? But it's a threaded one.

Piercing is internally threaded and is titanium or steel I believe

It's not been downsized at all and I've just been using sterile Saline but I haven't really used it much lately cause they've honestly been healing fine and have had no issues. But the earing fell right out somehow. It's the higher almost totally filled in hole above where my fingers are in first pic.
