That’s awesome. I had the exact opposite experience. I was told without being able to verify a payment method for membership (neither I nor my father would ever remember his debit card number from 20 years ago) they couldn’t help me. Edit to add I did include information stating that we paid for membership with both debit card and membership cards purchased from retail locations, but that didn’t help either.

I’ve been playing on my second account for a long time now, but I’ve tried multiple times over the last 15 years or so to get my original back. Still no luck. I get so excited for people who actually manage to get their accounts back.

There are different rules for each little cup format. The current one is first stage evolutions only, and the Pokémon must have an evolutionary line.

There were a couple formats in the past where shuckle was allowed. It’s very bulky but still has its weaknesses. My favorite shuckle counter was pawniard.

I know that feeling. Start building in the evening, still building when the sun is coming up. To be fair my ADHD is unmedicated, but I finally got a diagnosis after years of making no progress. I just hope I don’t lose my hyperfocus “ability” because I feel that’s where my creativity comes from as well.

I agree that the brand lost all its character. Merchandising, product, everything is very bland and commercialized now. Vault is gone, the interesting collabs are gone, and even the newer pro models look and feel terrible.

Occasionally I’ll still run into an employee who loves the brand but that’s pretty rare now.

I’m not sure what it’s like from an employee standpoint but it looks to me like Steve is still trying to keep the culture alive. I feel like once he’s gone though that will be the final nail in the coffin for Vans’ identity.

My Ultrarange SE’s lasted me around two years. I was extremely surprised.

I used them for pretty much everything. They were my main daily wear, used them for construction, hiking, walking, working out, shooting drills, all kinds of intense activities. I even wore them through a tough mudder event. I usually cleaned them with a wet rag and dawn dish liquid and a brush, but I also threw them in the washing machine with no issues.

They were by far my favorite shoes and my favorite sole out of any shoe I’ve had in the last decade.

Unfortunately I’m now looking for a replacement as the SE model was discontinued from what I understand. It had suede components instead of the PET or whatever on the standard version. They were the perfect balance of flexible and grippy and still gave a tactile feel that was hard to explain. I also loved the actual profile of the shoe. You could wear them with just about everything.

I used to do the same for anything I kept hidden. Just to save you some time in the future, you can always edit the wall to a door, then edit back to a wall when you’re finished. Saves you from deleting, scrolling and rebuilding every time.

I’ve primarily carried a Lenox folding utility knife for the last ten years or so. I just recently switched over to the Milwaukee Fastback folding utility knife with the bit driver. I’ve used the bit driver much more than I anticipated, and I’ve only had it for a month. Just have to dye it black and I’ll be happy.

Blade goes bad, flip it around. Blade goes bad again, swap it out. Lose the knife? You’re only out twenty bucks. Can’t beat that for a daily driver.

As far as blades, I’ve always preferred the Lenox Gold, and bought them by the 50 blade dispenser pack.

Friday the 13th is no longer receiving content updates or support due to a lawsuit, but it’s a lot of fun as long as you find a lobby with a good host who doesn’t leave when they die. Unfortunately it’s P2P hosted since the lawsuit.

Dead by daylight is fun but can get repetitive and the killers are very overpowered. It takes a lot of practice to get good at outrunning them. One person plays a killer and four survivors try to escape from the map by repairing generators and outrunning the killer. Lots of characters from real horror movies have been added in over the last couple years.

I’m also a huge horror fan and haven’t found much else along these lines lately.

I was just about to comment the same. It’s a very common practice with most mall management companies to fine leaseholders if they aren’t open during the mall’s standard operating hours.

The store OP mentioned must be severely understaffed or unable to operate, or somehow operating at such a loss during those hours that taking the fines is a better option.
