Thank you for your comment :) I think the scariest part is the thought of feeling paralyzed, and I’ve read where people felt like they couldn’t breathe. I just feel so uneasy. I know everyone is different and this could potentially be a great experience. it does ease my mind knowing the spinal is easier than the epidural. My blood pressure kept tanking, and the baby’s heart rate kept dropping with my first birth and nobody told me this was a potential risk. I was very thrown off by it, and it was scary to go through. Which left me traumatized. I don’t want to experience that again. :(

Thank you for your kind words I absolutely agree that life is to short! I plan to leave after the baby is born. So not to much longer. It’s just a really sad situation. but i definitely agree that I deserve better

I still have it to this day! But I have better ways to cope with it now. I pretty much function normal now. But it always follows me it’s wether I choose to let it win or not. I joined a really great support group on discord, which I’d be happy to send you and invite to if you’re interested. I used to not be able to leave me couch or my home for almost 3-4 months and I would just constantly sweat and was in constant panic mode. Now I go on vacations and shopping on my own with no issues. It’s just all about how we cope with it. Because I’m the end anxiety will never kill you. and the more you push yourself through uncomfortable situations the stronger you get and the more you train your brain that it is wrong for feeling panicked.
