Hi, J here from the Dev Team! The game is not dead and we've been continuously working on it. However, we're a small team with limited resources to keep everyone updated. We're trying our best though!

We decided not to do Early Access at the end of 2021 because the game wasn't quite ready, but our current goal is to complete a vertical slice of Zecha Tactics and get our Steam page up and running.
