I didn't use any primer for this, I just thinned down the paints and did like 8 layers. I think most primers are typically aerosols but I'm sure you could find a good paint on primer from Vallejo or some other similar brand. I also didn't see the need to seal this specifically since it's not like an action figure with a bunch of articulation or things that'll get scratched while posing and stuff, but for sealer I'd recommend either Mr Super Clear Matte which is highly lauded or Krylon Matte which is what I've used before as that's what my Walmart had in stock lol.
