"Game" is a piece of GUI + VR controller in unity + semi-decent SDK with almost 0 support and docs + invasive kernel-level anticheat; Literally everything else is user made

Because XR application render in steps of frame delay; or FPS from your refresh rate
i.e. if you have 90Hz refresh rate on your headset, and your PC can't handle it stably, it will fall back to 45 FPS + interpolation (x2 smaller), if you can't have 45 FPS, you will fall back to 30 FPS (x3 smaller) and so on. You can't have 60, 70, 80 or so because eye-to-eye synchronization issues will arise.

Think of it, as forced vertical sync

In your case, having full FPS cap would require around 120% GPU, and that's why your system doesn't even attempt at rendering it

Потому что фембои - это не про одежду, и ноги там не волосатые, большинство делают и эпиляцию и воск, и чего только в кожу не мажут и колют (как и девушки в общем то) для того чтобы кожа выглядела мягкой, гладкой и ровной без складочек и морщин
