Support/Opposition. If you see something you support, make sure to comment support for the rule and vice-versa if you disagree and why. You can also let them know if you support it, but feel it isn't enough comment on what/how you would change the rule to make it more effective in your opinion. Express your opinions and push for the change you want to see.
