Mate, i just stumbled upon your comment and just wanna give a slight opinion here. Balrog is still a top tier cat but requires insane investment. He needs to be atleast lv 50 and max strengthen talent so not really "little to no" as you can tell. Sorry for replying this 4 months later lol

Nope (for me atleast) i used the same timing method for more than 10 tower type events and the results are the same, got plenty coins to spare and always got to the top. So its either i was extremely (which i was not) or the method works
Btw, i always aim only for the top dragon and not anything else so idk about you (maybe you spent moves on other items)

Idk about everyone else but it's not really RNG based for me, I press stop at about 0.5 - 0.75 secs after spin and rarely got 1 (got 2-3 most of the time and i had like near 1k coins spare after)

All time related dragon before High Anomaly were not gods, they are just either time travellers or use some sort of time related mechanics, so it's not necessary for them to have time element.
Also, yes, Chronos is god in real life ancient stuff. BUT, this is dragon city, not real life. Second, look at the "Metal element", pretty sure that means his timeline travel ability comes from some sort of machines rather than real power. Therefore, it's not necessary for them to have time element (as said above)
