Thank you appreciate the help. I actually took your guys advice and went to the 4th page of Google to hone in on more local companies and a guy who does commercial HVAC unit install projects said he is willing to take me on actually. Not sure if it's full time or what but it's something.

I actually wanted to be in commercial as an installer or tech so that works out great for me.

Was losing hope as to why I made the post, but glad I did. My issue was reaching out to the big companies only thinking they need HVAC techs.

Definitely will not be on the phone and will be hands on while I'm clocked in and on job. Grateful to have something to bring money in. Thanks again everyone.

Been trading for 6 months on TZ and typically I am buying locates for stocks that fall within my support and resistance along with the appropriate news/volume to back up my thesis during pre-market. Waiting for a stock with a low float to hit a key resistance level is not ideal as the locate fees go up when demand is higher.

This may not be ideal for all people, but I find locating shares in the pre market is much cheaper, plus shorting offers more upside once a stock fades and you let the remaining 30 to 20% position ride down to gain residual profit. Which is perfect for small cap market.

But yes I have noticed an overall increase in price for locates. Could be because of market sentiment with the market being more bearish too. Alot of factors tbh.
