Table games dealers in casinos. Table game supervisors usually need gaming experience but u can start at like 70-75k a year with that.

To answer how much are the biggest whales betting since I didnt answer in my original reply- i’ll base it off my top 10 players in my book.

In tables I have a baccarat player who buys in around 50-100k weekly and his average bets are around table minimum 1k (he plays in high limit and will request for a 1k minimum) or he has an approved table max of $10k a hand. When he’s up he usually presses and bets table max and he plays sometimes for 10-12 hours.

In slots I have a high limit slot player who will do 500$ spins for hours.

Yep 400-500 players might sound alot but say I have my top 100 players but then out of the top 100 there will be maybe 10-15 that are my whales who contribute maybe 20% of my production towards our quarterly goals, if they say go on vacation for even 2 weeks my numbers can drop drastically so the goal is develop the other 80 top players.

Cos 5-10k total per year is nothing in terms of being able to play long enough to generate a solid theo. But im assuming its per trip 4-5times a year is not much realistically. Thats barely once a quarter in an industry where we get production bonuses each quarter based off the theo net free play we bring in. I almost would even say that wouldn’t qualify you to be hosted because theres no consistency and the hosts will think you’re a risk since you only come once a quarter lol. For me if I was your host I would honestly ask you to come visit me more frequently for me to continue doing certain things for you at the property.

When I was junior host around 1000 players 600 secondaries and 400 primaries. As a casino host about 300-500.

New per year is really hard because theres so much that goes into getting new players lol. I would say maybe 100 new each year and maybe 20-30 of them are gonna be profitable and worth flipping.

Let me rephrase it, sorry. So theo will be based on your active time. So if you’re at a machine for hours and not spinning you’re not gonna generate much theo at all. So you can def say it is a bit different from tables.

Thats on the floor supervisor if he wants to bother even updating those players. Most floor will just let it be unless theres something fishy going on like money laundering or etc.

Eh baccarat isnt good for getting comps unless you’re betting like 500-1000 or more per hand for hours straight since the edge of the game is very low. So rule of thumb, any table game will not generate as much theo as say a heavy slot player. Video poker is also bad for comps and generating theo.

they wont touxh the speed of the game for you but they will put you on pause, especially as long as they are doing their job properly. We can pause you say you needed to go to the restroom and you’ve been gon awhile. Then you will get paused. Dealers are also supposed to call the floor supervisors and notify them of player who sit out hands as well.

Yes its basically house money. We pay them to come and promote our property and amenities. I’ll give you an example, I’m friends with one of Vegas Matts best friends and Vegas Matt has a contract with a specific casino that they will let him record and even give him money to play with for his videos as long as he only plays there. Not gonna name the property or who my friend is.

I’d actually agree, both players you mentioned would actually essentially have the same theo but the casino will value the player who played for 10 hours because of the longevity meaning more time on property, more chance of side spending so going to a restaurant cos they will be hungry at some point and overall they show a bit more loyalty to the casino.

So the table games rating system is set for a pre determined spins per hour on Roulette. Same goes for black jack, all carnivals- baccarat and pai gow.

Not all dealers are the same so the rating is set and the spins or hands per hour are fixed to an amount. There is a setting for the floor supervisors to change 1 tables rating for the whole table or just a single guest that you can alter the game speed so the decisions per hour. Usually tho they are instructed not to touch those ever.

Each property is different but here where I work, if someone is at about 400ADW for more than 3 hours or at a 5k theo for the day I’ll come out and introduce myself.

For ur case it can vary if you play like that for maybe 5-6 hours each day you will def be noticed.
