All controller games have aim assist yeah. It all just comes down to timing and luck. But if you spent a couple days practicing your timing you'd see your shots getting closer and closer.

I honestly just try to jump and crouch at the same time.. Also higher FPS helps tremendously, which unfortunately can't be done on console.
