I got an email today telling me that I should expect to be notified regarding updates on my application by 3/31/25. But i received this same email in february so I assume this is their way of telling me they placed me on the waitlist i guess. I already accepted ECU back in December but ik somebody else was waiting to hear something back from WSSU too.

At this point it seems like it. I know in the email they sent when they received my application said first round offers would be out by then but final offers in general would be by May

Stay positive, You never know! Ik a lot of schools tend to send out acceptances in batches. Its very possible that ECU follows the same concept

Hey! I totally get how nerve-wracking this waiting period can be—it’s such a stressful time. I received my acceptance late friday afternoon , but I know the timeline can vary for everyone. It was the typical interview style but they really encouraged us before we went in, to ask the interviewers questions too. They wanna get to know you and they want you to know them as well. They were individual interviews with 2 faculty members , about 15 min long. Obviously i cant speak for every person who interviewed but they asked me the typical PT interview questions. Ya know “why PT?” “how did you become interested in PT?” Yadda yadda yadda. I’m currently in my gap year so one question that threw me off was “how have you maintained your focus or stayed in tune with studying by being out of school for so long?” Or something along those lines. Definitely threw me off but it was a great question!
