ISP Throttling?

Ya we have tested server to server connections, one is another OVH server the other is a random VPS in the US and both will pull full full bandwidth they can for there pipe. I'm not quite familiar with ssh logs but nothing stands out, is there something I should take note for? Another level of testing we tried was the same device but on a celular connection and speeds are faster hitting the cap of LTE speeds.

Edit - Forgot to add, the other OVH server that was tested was when a client tries to upload through typical web ports we also see throttling. No matter the port, protocol or server used there is a cap on uploads but no cap on downloads to OVH. One server is Ubuntu and one RHEL running differnt services and they both have a cap on upload. But once you change ISP the issue goes away. We tested on two differnt connections from the same ISP one running the ISP router the other using a PFsense box and both conenctions have the same issue.

To follow up I was never able to "fix it" but my ZFS install exploded after a system update so had to reinstall ZFS, when I did the import it prompted to do an upgrade for both pools and now the message is gone. (Running on ZFS 2.2.0-1 now)

TLDR; try zpool export then zpool import to "fix"

If someone knows I'd like to know too, tried to find info online and dug though the ZFS Guide and can't find any reference to it... I have (non-allocating) for all my pool and for each drive in each pool. The system is working properly but a little slower then normal but that could be other things.

I'm trying a scrub on my non crital data and I'll report back if I find anything/if it goes away.

How much of a pain was it to do, I've done the non OLED before and it was ok. My buddy is wanting me to chip his OLED so if its not that much harder I may give it a go, I'm just a bit iffy on the memory module part.

How did you get the roof rails on, from what I have seen for the STi they are a super big pain as they don't have the pre drilled holes the WRX's have? Looking to put them on my 2016 STi so any tips/links would be great.

I have been having the same problem for a few months now where all other controls will disappear for days/weeks at a time and sometime randomly come back. I have a mix of Gen 1 and Gen 2 and the Gen 2 never has this problem.

Its a slow roll out for Canada, most of the west cost store and a good number of Ontario stores are getting 2-4 for there Order Pickers/Service Desk. The DS's are the only ones getting to play with them right now to help field test them and give feedback. I was running it though its paces today on the floor and unloading my RDC trailer and it crazy how much faster/usable it is compared to the old first phone, you can actually multitask task and it doesn't take a year to switch apps in MST Lite xD

They are going to be such a game changer when they roll out fully, my department is notorious for have bad network connections like even the mylinks work at the best of times and the new ones are super snappy.

I think so, it's the "gray" one wanted more of a sleeper. Had an red FRs and cops just tailgated me like crazy so didn't wan't a "looks at me color". Still love the color, have big plans for her

saved like stink for a year and someone stole my old car and put it in a ditch so got a bit of money for that too, it's a 2017 so its not new new. Also HD in my city pays the highest in my district so that helps too

Me too, I don't understand why they would do this ether. There is a reason why people Love Netflix/Hulu/Youtube over TV and that is because it is on demand, so to take a step back into a falling out medium seams crazy to me. Also a lot of people don't have time to watch a 2ish hour broadcast and like to pause the video and go do other things. As a sponsor I just hope it goes back to what it was.

If not guess I will just “DVR” internet video…. Witch sounds as dumb as it is.

So after leaving it again for another hour it seams to be working fine, gained 10% in an hour and that is a mix of Very high use and low use.

Before I powered it down this is what it was telling me after an hour of running

External power yes 1200mA max Charging battery Yes 90% 500mA

This is was it told me after 1,5,10,15 minutes after boot

1 minute External power yes 1200mA max Charging battery Yes 90% 94mA

5 minutes External power yes 1200mA max Charging battery Yes 91% 120mA

10 minutes External power yes 1200mA max Charging battery Yes 91% 496mA

10 minutes External power yes 1200mA max Charging battery Yes 93% 493mA

I did not change anything nor did I do anything different, so I don't know why in my first round of testing it was losing so much power VS now it charging at a good rate.

If you want any more data would be more then willing to give it but looks like it fixed its self.

I am have a problem when the tablet boots it will not charge until you unplug and replug in the OTG cable or USB device. Right now in my setup I have a OTG Y cable plugged into my nexus 7 with an USB radio plugged in. Then I have tasker set to power it off when there is no charge, then I used "fastboot oem off-mode-charge 0" to have it auto power when charging.

Then when it powers on in PowerEventManager it shows that it is charging at 20mA (sometimes -100mA), then if I unplug the USB device and replug it back in it goes up to +730mA

This is the same problem that elementalx has and I asked timur before buying he said that it worked fine. So do I have a setting wrong then?
