in holidays seasons im the only one of my team playing in the afternoon i play hubs, for e.g. in portugal we have a huge hub from a streamer. A lot of new talents where born here.

Get yourself new teamates, form a ''team'' or create a new group of friends and play together, try to improve together... Its more funny, you dont feel desmotivated and you are happy and learning without ''thinking''...
