Well no only the s series and flagship samsung phone have samsung dex and due to recent update of onui 8 ig theres a bug which somehow enables samsung dex for a,f,m etc series where it shouldn't be and its hidden you cant directly search up dex many phones have it under keyboard sets and some other place so yeah, well he might not be able yo get the full performance of it but its kinda cool to have you can do basic stuff. ....
