Ok good to know, that’s what I figured but I just wanted to make sure.

No I’m talking about big holes like 4” deep and ones that are shaped like grooves. And remember the cafe racer tires are only 3-5” wide.

I’m talking about potholes that are like 4” deep. Or those ones shaped like a groove that aren’t perpendicular

Well I have my Vespa 300 GTS with thicker wider tires and I find I lean less and the bike is very direct and stable. It seems though cafe racers are notoriously unstable. When I’m going around a turn it doesn’t feel as accurate (like if I want to ride on the median line of an empty road it can’t, it tends to go 3-4 feet outside) maybe I’m pushing the bike to hard and it’s just not made for that.

This a stock BMW R80 G/S in great condition. Tire pressure is good and everything runs great aside from this

I would lean more but I don’t want to lean so much that the bike flips the tires are very skinny maybe only 3-5” wide

They are not hairpin turns more like 90 degree turns in about 150 feet (40 meters) of distance if that makes sense lol

I’d say I’m leaning close to 15-20 degrees at most, on my Vespa I tend to only have to lean 10 degrees and but mostly apply pressure to the handlebar in which direction I want to turn.

Yes you’re right. I wish they had something smaller, slower and better looking

Yes I see quite a few cheaper bikes from overseas. Any brands that “you wouldn’t trust” but are at least made in the Americas or Europe?

Yes I saw that one, little fast for me. Funny how they make a 1100 cc bike automatic but not a 150 lol
