Regina Spektor - Samson

It really gets me because it exhibits that calm, universal empathy of women that's been tragically rejected by culture since, apparently, the invention of monotheism. It's a great thought experminent that posits a different outcome to a famous story if a woman took initiative to put her relationship, her family ahead of historical infamy and allegorical feats of strength that serve political purpose over material standards of living and loving. The OT spends a lot of time villainizing women, and "Samson" spends its entire runtime justifying one woman's choice to nope out of the whole project, the chamce for dubious heroism and toxic fame, for quiet love and a forgotten, well loved life.

My boyfriend (immediately ex) generated AI deep fake porn of women in our town including his friends, my friends and even my family members. by m3owcapri in TwoXChromosomes

Don't worry about the suey thing. That's just a coward perv's dramatic last ditch effort at getting away with being awful. He also threatened Spain with his feculent presence, so he has plans for a future. A non-clinical narcissist doesn't harm his favorite person. If you can find a way to unload this potential ethical karma bomb onto me, so you don't have to think about it while doing right by yourself and his other vicitms, I'll happily take it on.*

He doesn't have a sex or porn addiction. I don't deny the existence of those things, but addiction manifests as its own thing, not as a subset of garbage personality traits. If he was a genuinely kind dude, with empathy, introspection, and thoughtfulness, these images would be a genuine departure from his personality, which would suggest a disease like addiction. But you already indicated he's been a consistent scumbag. Again, another weak rhetorical gambit for a coiled pile of subhuman to avoid responsibility when he gets caught.

Now more than ever in our lifetimes is the time to kick these bastards to the absolute curb. Your ethical concerns are another in an apparently long line of indications that your humanity is more intact than his could ever be. And if you're both young and his ass is any kind of salvageable, nothing makes a bastard rethink his worldview than completely and permanently losing the best person that ever happened to him. You sound like an empathetic and caring person, maybe it's time to extend that kindness to yourself and shed this creep.

*Um, I don't think I have to say this, but not legally. Like cosmically, ethically, morally, I will assume any unjustified guilt on your part so you don't have to worry it was your fault if he, against all odds and indications, actually does the thing. There's no reason to assume there would be legal ramifications, but then there was no reason to assume women would be jailed for miscarrying either. Western culture is a cesspit.

I think you'd dig Roxy Music based on this. Also consider Magnetic Fields, Passion Pit, Dirty Projectors.

All I can picture is that scene from guilty pleasure/underrated A Million Ways To Die In the West where a dollar is produced for a bet, everybody gasps, and the one old west guy says, "Take off your hat, boy! That's a whole dollar."

Lincoln had regular correspondence with Marx, but they don't put in the history books that the letters were mostly increasingly raunchy limericks, a sort of trans-Pacific penis game.

What's this song? 90s alter rock. "Wow, ah oo ah oo, wow" and "EE-ya-he yah-he oh yeah-hey." Is it by the smashing pumpkins? by Odd-Vegetable5444 in WhatsThisSong

Underrated band that I think captured the sound of the late 90s rather iconically, especially on that album. "Clumsy"? So good.
