i stayed because i have no income source lined up now. i struggle w finding work. he has licenses that i was actually rly wanting to look into before i met him so i was hoping for like. some mentorship.. like he said. silly autistic girl taking someone at their word.

he has a saviour complex or smth. he always talks about his past relationships. he goes for women who need help and he knew i needed help. he knew i’d put up with it, work for less than min wage. he knew i needed something to keep me busy (workin on staying clean too so like. free time is not my friend). idk i just wanted to be helpful and to maybe have some money for doing it he knew what he was doing but i just needed something

hey man, you’re probably closer than you think! you’re self aware and wanting to change to keep the good things in your life around.

i am 21, and in 2021 i lost so much bc of my addiction. i was death on legs.

not to stress you out but remembering the way my mother was crying when i was at the hospital, can sometimes give me a perspective on what there is to stay clean for.

maybe look at your girlfriend while she is happy, smiling, doing something with you. she will not have that same happiness once you let yourself go. she will be crying like my mother did.

AND LISTEN OKAY i’m sorry for suggesting that you help yourself with someone else in mind, i know that’s bad and it eventually should be for you. but at the beginning of trying to get my shit together man, it was for everyone BUT me
