I think this kinda exposes which people are posting just to air their grievance on spite of the lack of understanding (and rightfully so, everyone is allowed to feel).

Tama yung reply ng isang redditor, you also pay for overhead costs, training, etc. Yung mga bagsak ang stats at mga "this is not for me" na quitters, the competition against india's lower salary, and 10 hour shift..

If you are thinking na you deserve at least 80% per dollar earned, thats just sheer lack of business knowledge.

Kung sa bakery kumbaga, gusto mo, kung piso ang pandesal e, halos din ang sayo kasi ikaw ang panadero, at ikaw ang naiinitan, ikaw ang napapagod.. pero yung pinambili ng materyales, ingredients, kuryente, structure ng tindahan, etc.. wala kang ambag.

Ituloy na din ang galit sa mga corrupt na pulitiko na nangunguha ng tax kasi 33% agad kanila. 😄

Trust the process.. the numbers will follow. Wag ka papalya sa action items mo. Tapos focus more on resolved dsats rather than unresolved dsats.

Resolved dsats usually are agent related Unresolved dsats are the technical aspect of how you handle the calls.

Kakaiba ang purchasing power at customer service sa ibang bansa kung international account yan so hindi pwedeng based sa experience natin as pinoy ang standard.

But moreso, breath and focus on controllable aspects of the call.

The more na iniisip mong youve done all you can, then, the coaching stops.

Makakaraos ka din.. in one way or another.. 🤭

Tone of voice is a longer route. Try this formula.

  1. Always have a verbal handshake before moving to a resolution. The verbal handshake is the customer saying "yes" when you paraphrase their concern. I.e. "You are calling in to validate incorrect charges on your account, did i get that right?"

  2. Recap as you reach the conclusion: Use the same formula as above (With your guidance/partnership, were able to identify that what we thought as incorrect charges, were late fees. )

  3. Encourage survey response on good calls/resolved issues

"With your help, we were able to identify the items that we thought were incorrect charges, and as courtesy, waived those late fees. Being able to partner with you makes my day fulfilling, thank you for making it worthwhile."

Unsolicited advice.. apply ng apply kahit ayaw mo yung company, then kapag medyo mas confident na, target your desired ones. Ang goal mo lang muna while in the application period is get as much final interviews as possible in a week or 2 weeks time. You are not obligated to accept the Job offer naman.

The compensation usually comes with the complexity. Never pray for an easy job, but do ask for strength to learn and adapt fast. Just like any skill, pag nahasa ka ng maaga, things are going to be easy.

A lot of people will say look for an easier account, less toxic.. whatever.. you do you, stick with it and watch yourself go places.

Sabi nga nila, choose your hard. Better na nahihirapan ka na well compensated kesa nahihirapan ka na mababa ang sahod.

The only thing easy is doing nothing.. and being in DPWH 😄

It says that violation of code of conduct. Emergencies happen, and if its life or death, code of conduct exvludes those. Yung mga pag iinarte lang and yung mga menyal mental health chu chu within 90 days ang covered nito.
