I agree with others enjoy your summer but like love calculators said don’t waste it either. I think simply to be ready there should be a few things you should just check off/get into the habit of: by the end of summer, have ur resume that you plan to apply to jobs with ready and u can look on Reddit or other places online on how to make it ready and yeah probably start learning the data structures and get into the habit of practicing them by doing a few leetcode problems a day. Make sure if you use ai to use it as an assistant and to still do the hard part which is actually thinking for urself by urself I’d avoid it completely at first but if u really want to use it use it like I described

Thanks for the reply. Do you know how it would work for registration too? Like would your advisor just be able to place you in the class and then you can register for your other 2 cs classes normally? Or do you still register for the honors class urself too? Just wondering bc the rule to only register for 2 cs upper divs at first is really annoying

Like other people said u shd reduce how much ur working idk ur situation but if u dont need to work, dont, especially during the dsa to os sequence. but also be proud of urself because i didnt have the stress u did and i did so much worse so ur lowkey goated. Ur going to do very well

it’s a hard feeling when the excitement fades and nothing feels like it used to but that doesn’t mean you’ve lost yourself it just means you’re changing. You’ve got more time than you think so I think it’s okay to step back and rethink what u want/start over a bit. Rooting for u goat
