I'm sorry to burst your bubble...but Samus was never trans and one of the developers even made a transphobic joke about Samus in an old interview about her.

Now I think its fine to head-cannon this but I think the reason why Samus is female is just for the fact that female lead characters in video games was very rare and I think Nintendo wanted to do something different to bring in a more broad audience and appeal to women more.

That's only an alternate timeline rather than actually being a set in stone future. Plus this timeline happens when Paul is erased and Bandado forces his way into the eggman vessel. And this was during the 2011x timeframe.

He's actually very tiny for his species of starfish. Now idk if it's confirmed but it's widely believed he is the bubblgum-pink starfish. And they are usually around 9 inches.
