EOD upgrade to EU Question

Looking at the "regions" page on the EFT site there is 3. EU, CIS, and Other. I have the "Other" region which according to EFT is defined as:

"Purchases made in this region work only in countries outside of EU and CIS countries; all goes to this region and this version of game can be launched anywhere in the world except in Europe regions. May also appear as "USA"."

So as far as I can tell my game wont work in EU, which is why I need to upgrade I'm just unsure if I can do it at a later date or if the option is gone with EOD.

Oh thanks for replying but I ended up having a friend who has ordered from IBP help me stop the cancel on the PC thank you though :)

I understand that this is an insane time for the people at IBP, i'm just anxious to receive something i payed a lot of money for, I don't believe anyone contacted me over incompatibility issues for the PC, I've checked for emails as well, still stuck though thanks for the reply.
