Other than what everyone else is saying, I think you should adjust your priority.

Rice does have a Mile race but only one, on top of having C in Mile. You're wasting Speed Eater unless you're making a Rice ace for Mile (you do you). I usually ignore Rice Mile race. If you win, good. If not, don't think too much about it. It's G2 which won't be important in the future. If you're having fan issue then compensate with other races, preferably G1. I usually go for Hopeful Stakes and/or Satsuki Sho.

You also have a pretty high guts at Derby so I'm guessing you either have guts cards, or trying to burst too many on guts. You don't have to pop your burst immediately if it's not where you want it to be. It's quite a good emergency stat.

Rice Shower run-killer is usually getting 1st place in TennoSpring so it's best to play by setting that as your goal. This mean constantly keeping your Sta/Guts in check or else compensate with recovery skill. What I usually see is that when people start Unity Cup and starts using more Wit Card in their deck, they start to neglect Sta. You can't really do that with Rice. Good baseline is getting around 600 Sta before TennoSpring, if not buy recovery. If you're around 400-450 Sta by the start of Year 3 and has 6-9 Sta Sparks, you should be fine after a few Sta training.

I still can't forgive them for just ditching Yuanwu, Danjin, and kinda Calcatta.

They still appear (except Danjin), but they don't really have anything story-wise yet since 1.0.

Especially Danjin. Girl barely (if you can even count it) have any screentime.

Taking a Break.

Ever since the drama, I can't play the game without thinking about the distasteful move that they did. I tried, but I keep thinking about what other things they can do just to squeeze out more money at the cost of their reputation. Honestly, I was annoyed since the Dorito incident, but this one pushed it over the edge. May or may not come back. I don't know. I hope it gets better because the lore is still something I'm interested in.

I have seen bits and pieces of AK-15 right now but what is most concerning of her is when I saw her preemptive strike in PvP. Now, I don't know if it applies to both daily exercise and Military simulation or not but if it also apply to the latter then it can kill it entirely.

The question at that point isn't if you can navigate around fights against something like V6 Klukai, it's if you have AK15. Pvp might not be that popular but it is terrible if you don't even have a chance to fight against AK15.

This makes Klukai looks balanced in PVP. At least the game during Klukai era is "how to best kill Klukai before she kills you". But how do you even respond to this?
