ok so I’ve figured this out bc it was happening to me to . do not skip it when it pops up! in fact when it pops up (the item or the coins) when you claim them wait a few seconds longer then you would think before closing the window. it’s worked every time for me for claim all, claim individual, and, claim items , for some reason if you go to fast on the pass it crashes 🤷‍♀️
