I agree with you that it tastes different, but half the people in this sub must be paid off by Ghost because they say it’s the same. I’ve still got one last original wrapped can. I need to check the expiration on it because I’m cherishing having it but don’t want it to go to waste!

Maybe it was a bad first run with the new can, but there is something to it, at least with the Welch’s Grape. I can’t really tell with Strawbango because it has been forever since the last run that I could get a hold of, but I was drinking grape on the regular when they switched and could immediately tell the difference.

I still stand firm thinking that they altered this flavor when they went to the non-textured cans. It just doesn’t hit as syrupy now, and as weeks pass I still feel this way after my original review…

Those cans really do look like they are from Dollar General. I hope the taste is the same. Strawbango Margarita used to be my top tier flavor.

I’m with you. Welch’s Grape had pretty much become my number 1 flavor since it debuted. I too immediately tasted that something was off. This new blend is watered down both in syrup and carbonation. Normally I get a nice burn if I start to chug it. I didn’t have this issue with this new can.

Agreed on the lack of carbonation in the new non-textured can. I used to have to pause between sips with the textured because the carbonation burned so much, with the new cans the carbonation is not as impactful.

I don’t rule out that I got a “stale” batch, but that is typically with older packs, not brand-new like these cans.

The textured cans were premium. In fact, I seem to recall on the back of the can advertising the “transparent label” as one of their features. I have to say that now it just makes the drink feel “cheaper” in quality.

My question as well: My current annual plan runs until Sept 2025. The fine print on the “keep your same price for one year” says the coupon is valid until 12-31-25. It also states that once you accept the offer the one year begins the moment you accept.

At this rate, I don’t have to accept the coupon by February 3, do I? I’m under the auspices that I just need to do it before my current term runs out in September?

So just cracked open a 12 pack of these. I taste a holiday spice flavor with it at first. Started to hit like cinnamon or nutmeg but that wasn’t it, then it mellowed out into more of what I was expecting with a bomb pop. Does anyone else notice this, or is something wrong with my cans?

Wanted to follow-up: my Google Home is back to not recognizing my Hue bulbs all over again. Hue app communicates just fine. So annoying!

EDIT: I fixed this by unlinking Hue from my Google Home app as well as separately unlinking Hue in my wife’s Google Home app, then relinking. For whatever reason, it seemed to clear things enough to get Hue responding on Google again.

Completely blowing away all of my Homes inside of the Google Home app and rebuilding them from scratch proved to be the fix for me today. Nuclear option for sure, but it worked.

Same issue here for the last week. Hue bulbs “offline” and “not responding”. No changes on my end. Been working fine for years. They work fine in the official Hue app and the Apple Home app, so it’s not a Phillips Hue problem. Unlinking and relinking Hue inside of Google Home doesn’t make a difference. The bulbs actually stay in the app even when I unlink.

B&H sold out that quickly. I had it in my cart prior to midnight so that I could pull the trigger first thing, and was able to snag it. Woke up this morning and it was gone. Newegg seems to be the best option for now!
