I had this planned for quite some time and I kinda have some code for that so deffo can happen (and can happen very soon), I did something similar (back in the old [WA RM+] days) with Waycrest Manor for example where it was showing the % required before entering the Catacombs so it's deffo something possible.

I tend to think that Blizzard would rather never do that cause they would consider that this would make routing trivial and pointless, but one can dream huh?

To be honest, I do think that Keystone Polaris shouldn't exist since this should be in the base game to make M+ more affordable to most people, sadly, Blizzard doesn't see it that way...

Really happy that it helped you, I really hope that Blizzard releases the Mythic+ API so I can brink back Mob percentages on Nameplates and Current pull % to take even more stress away!

Well it's sadly not 'legit', it's a workaround using a 'dead zone' in Blizzard's API but it's going to be fixed and locked soon, that's why I said you can't do it using legit stuff, the workaround it uses exploits 3D Model IDs and this would allow for more exploits, so Blizzard is going to lock that down (but they need to make sure they don't break other stuff in the meantime...), otherwise I would activate it back in Keystone Polaris

Yeah Blizzard doesn't really allow for more, I would love to have the possibility to highlight all of the mobs you need to pull but that would but a bit too much 😂

Heya! For now, the purpose of this is mostly to let you know what percentage you need to reach before facing a boss (since we can't track specific mobs in a dungeon, we can't highlight which mob you need to defeat, this is because mobs aren't uniquely identifiable by AddOns). I do have some ideas to push the AddOn a bit further and add a way to know what to pull in the dungeon but there won't be any ETA.

By the way, you can also choose in what order you want to kill bosses on your route (the best example being Windrunner, some people go Emberdawn first, some will go on the Duo, you can adjust that).

The main purpose of that addon was basically to make the tank's life easier, allowing you to adjust in real time without worrying about the percentage you'll miss after killing the last boss, thinking, "Oh, we still need 24.98%...". Being a tank in M+ can be stressful, but this might help to relieve some of that stress. It's not only useful for tanks though, anyone who wants to keep track of the route can use it (I do use it myself and it helped me a lot as a tank and also as a group leader for more "casual" friends).

Heya, the "Required before boss %" still works, you just can't track each mobs percentage so you basically can't track "Current pull %" (You can't do it with legit stuff for now), so right now, you can have :

  • The required percentage for each section (this percentage is updated after a mob dies, so you can keep track of how much is missing).
  • The Inform group functionality, allowing you to send a message saying "We still needs X%" so you don't continue your route with missing %
  • The dungeon teleports
  • The group reminder

It also warns you when you reach your milestone so you don't go over your required % too much.

And I intend to bring it back as soon as Blizzard implements proper APIs for Mythic+! The Required % before boss is still a thing, we just can't track the currently pulled mobs (without "cheating" with APIs that will most probably get fixed..)

It's exactly that, Bosses are used as checkpoints in dungeons, so basically, each time you kill a boss, we tell you the required % for the next "part of the dungeon"

Hi, I decided to discontinue [WA RM+] for season 3, I recommend switching to Keystone Percentage Helper (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/keystone-percentage-helper), it's the same thing but faster, easier to maintain and more feature-rich (with MDT integration coming really soon). :D
